The sparkling wine is fresh and fruity with very fine fine bubbles. The wine is lemon yellow in color with gentle shades of green. The Chardonnay variety with its freshness and fullness blends nicely with aromatic and playful Malvasia, which gives a discreet almond aftertaste.
