Typical white vinification in stainless steel tanks at strictly controlled temperature, with addition of a small quantity of top-quality fresh pine resin during the alcoholic fermentation.

Greek and Mediterranean mezes, vegetarian dishes rich in olive oil, pan-fried, grilled or spit-roasted meat, small fried fish, anchovies and feta cheese with olive oil and oregano. - Best served at: 6-8°C
