Vinification in closed inox tank. Over the short period of the fermentation, the fresh resin extracts its freshness in the wine, which is bottled unfiltered.

Versatile and food-friendly, a perfect match to any sea food and small fried fish, cured fish, bottarga, but also to the intense flavors of dishes from Lebanese to Japanese cuisine. - Best served at: 6-8°C
